  • As a secretary, I am responsible for communication throughout the unit by transferring calls and answering call lights. I am also responsible for submitting requests for broken/missing supplies, directing families where they need to go, and ensuring the unit stays organized in a busy environment.
  • As a care partner, I am essentially a general helper around the unit. I am responsible for helping out the nurses in every way I can by being able to use critical thinking skills in the event of a code or rapid deterioration of a patient.
