In this position I am responsible for bridging the gap between medical offices and the various on-site medical labs. I input patient information, manually order medical tests, quality assure all medical samples, aliquote biohazardous materials, resolve quality issues, and insure the safe delivery of patient samples to the various on- site medical labs. I have also successfully run day-to-day operations for the department by guiding the workflow from shipments, training staff, answering phone calls, and sending out important emails.
I worked directly with customers by applying cosmetic products on patrons and answering questions
about cosmetics, fragrances, and skin care products. My position required me to keep a friendly and
open demeanor while practicing good listening skills in order to cater to the customer's needs.
