Within this position, I worked closely with the Department of Family Services, the Albany County School District, Safe Project, Laramie Family Promise, and several other community agencies to collaboratively support families.
Additionally, as an Independent Living Coordinator, I provided independent living skills training to current and former forster youth, both within Cathedral Home's residential setting and in the community.
In this role, I was certified as a High-Fidelity Wraparound service provider through the state of Wyoming, providing long-term intensive case management services to families of youth (10/2020 - 01/2022).
The majority of my work in this role has been working with families in creating their case plans and goals, joining them in professional settings as they advocated for their needs, and exploring ways to develop their general daily living skills with them.
