Work within the assigned service delivery area (SDA) to identify, generate, and strengthen marketing and awareness opportunities. This position plays a key role in ensuring all public and private agencies and key stakeholders have the resources, tools and support necessary to significantly impact all desired program outcomes as well as ensure the rise in quality foster homes for the affected children in the area.

• Developed appropriate care plans for at-risk individuals and high-risk youth.
• Coordinate support services and optimize communication between appropriate sources and student's support system.
• Link students with social services, health care providers and governmental agencies to help claim or reclaim individual autonomy.
• Provide case management services including intake, assessment, crisis intervention, advocacy, referral and monitoring of families.
• Introduce mental health agencies to clients needing access to therapy for trauma awareness and resilience building.
• Provide support to student's in all areas of concern, to optimize overall student success.

• Manage childcare duties and educational interaction

• Effectively multi-task during almost every activity
• Manage household finances and budgeting
• Adjust daily routines based on my course schedule, childcare availability, family illness, etc
• While making time to complete assigned course work
• Manage housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes and dishes, and running errands.

• Sit in and observe case management sessions with clients and case manager
• Assist in development of treatment plans
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress
• Co-facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
