- Open new locations for program, after approved by Directors, for company expansion which included: budgeting, Identifying location(s) for classes, identifying safe location for volunteers to live, travel and marketing opportunities.
- Interview, hire, and continually collaborate and meet with 'local coordinators', cooks and/or other staff involved in providing meals, landlords, and Head Teachers.
- Continually collaborate with each local school board and teachers to ensure progress and satisfaction of program, and received and gave feedback based on concerns.
- Create weekly schedules based on a minimum and maximum amount of hours and multiple locations per volunteer.
- Oversee a sum of up to 500 children learning ESL, and an average of 50-60 orphaned children with a wide variety of special needs diagnosis.
- Provide supplemental training and feedback to volunteers and Head teachers on group dynamic, teaching strategies, and travel opportunities.
- Train Head Teachers and volunteers on typical child actions, reactions, and resolutions to common conflicts previously observed based on location and service.
- Review child progress with Head Teachers and provide feedback on routines, teaching systems, and implemented teaching and management strategy.
