  • I helped re-imagine the mobile application. Initially, the mobile app was designed to provide access to account data and payment capabilities while on the go. Subsequently, the mobile application has been pivoted to become a companion application to the desktop. This has enabled the mobile channel to be differentiated from the desktop based on the user's context.
  • Increased usage by over 30% by working from concept to delivery on unique features particular to the mobile channel while keeping the customer's context of use and digital adoption inhibitions in mind.
  • This led to an increase in Appstore ratings of 4.6, as compared to 1.7.
  • To resolve authentication difficulties, I collaborated with internal teams including fraud, digital security, design, and development teams, as well as security vendors. I worked on introducing password-free authentication methods. This resulted in greater NPS and significantly fewer password reset calls, freeing up our support workers.
