Built Process mining capability to discover, monitor, and improve real time processes by analyzing data from event logs business processes and provide Process Insights to Business Operations for improvements. More than ~2MM cost savings per process by reducing the manual touch points and reducing E2E time by providing E2E visibility of the process. Increased Azure Consumption Revenue by > $100K +/annum by adoption of product by external Azure customer.

· Driving Observability through Standardization & Architecture Maturity

Lead for standardization of data transactions & telemetry across 200+ services including SAP. Developed centralized Event Driven solution across Supply Chain with self serve capabilities and governance to mature Supply Chain’s maturity from incidental to advanced as per Gartner’s maturity model thereby enabling cost reduction in integration across development teams and Azure infrastructure by > 30%.

· Scenario & Services Health Visibility: Led Quality of Service platforms for service health visibility as well business performance scorecards for providing observability to business process metrics & KPIs. These helped drive the quality across the organization through Live Site Reviews & Business reviews, leading to reduction in incidents by 80%, major incidents aversion by 36%. TTE reduced by 85%. Reduced TTD by 63%.

Responsible for development & leading critical business programs and ensuring scalable architecture & development of distributed services to enable Microsoft business processes saving > $700M to 1.675M. Led multiple product launches including Xbox, Surface and shipping 3rd party products through process variations.
