Research Title : Mechanical Testing of the Repair of Narrow and Wide Damage of Hot-Wire Laser DED H13 Steel Using Two Print Directions

• Perform tensile testing of printed samples
• Hardness testing (HRB and HRC)

• Operated and monitored plant processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS), tracking critical process parameters, alarms, interlocks, and ensuring stable batch and continuous operations.
• Improved methylene dichloride (MDC) solvent recovery from 29% to 62% by optimizing process parameters, significantly reducing solvent loss and operating costs.
• Coordinated with production planning and operations teams to support batch schedules and ensure raw material availability.
• Developed, monitored, and analyzed key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate area performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participated in investigations of area performance issues, deviations, and process upsets; applied RCA and FMEA to propose technical solutions.

• Analyzed utilities including boilers, chillers, compressors, and cooling towers to identify energy optimization opportunities.
