  • CLA on ~$590MM construction financing for a 410 MW solar project in ERCOT developed by Primergy Energy (Quinbrook owned). Transaction was one of the first in the market to include a Tax Credit Bridge Loan (“TCBL”) maturing beyond COD
  • Lead Arranger on over $5Bn in project and corporate financings for Switch, Inc and Vantage Data Center
  • Financial Advisor on ~$4Bn Blue Ammonia project along the USGC
  • Lead term sheet negotiations with clients, and due diligence with legal counsel and external technical consultants. Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as syndication, Coverage, Risk and Ratings
  • Market the bank’s capabilities to clients in the North American power and infrastructure space
  • Manage and mentor analysts, associates and junior VPs, including overseeing the preparation of marketing materials / pitches, financial models and internal credit proposals for transactions
  • Credit risk and portfolio management on a $5 billion debt portfolio of power & renewable projects in the United States and Latin America, including distressed assets
