Duties as Terrain Park Crew:

• Daily supervision of both Terrain Park's throughout the area
• Maintain each jump, wedge, and feature to keep it in an aesthetically pleasing and functional order
• Inspect each rail and feature for any broken materials and promptly fix the issue or close the feature until the issue can be remedied
• Keep the radio on and assist Ski Patrol with any injuries that may occur throughout the day, whether it is to help locate the injured party, help the injured party onto the toboggan, snowmobile tow the injured party to the Main Patrol shack, and assist patrol with any other tasks or paperwork pertaining to the Terrain Park
• Rake and inspect once more at the end of each day to ensure a clean and proper feature for the next crew to open and use it
• Co-ordinate with teammates as well as the heavy equipment, and build, re-arrange, or replace any feature that needs attention.
• Ensure all proper Inspection Logs have been completed
• Maintained cleanliness of public areas by emptying trash cans and picking up litter.

Duties as Groomer:

• Perform routine inspections on all heavy machinery prior to use.
• Listen and follow all oral and written instructions of tasks to be performed for that shift
• Maintain a smooth and seamless corduroy between each pass
• Use the blade to lift, lower, move, fill, and grade out any holes in the snow in front of you to ensure a flat surface for the tiller
• Adjust the settings 'on the fly' to maintain a smooth and full corduroy
• Match your last pass, and continue to shuffle snow across the run to leave a neatly graded ski run with seamless transitions between each pass
• Fuel machine each night after use, as well as clean off any snow that has piled up on the equipment.
• Lift wipers, plug the block heater in, and clean the cab so that it is ready to be used by the next Operator

CDL Endorsements: No Restrictions - Class A, Doubles/Triples, Tanker

Duties as Dump Truck driver:

• Performed daily pre/post-trip inspections of the dump truck and trailer in accordance with Department of Transportation regulations.
• Checked brakes, oil, tires, lights and other systems on a regular basis to ensure safe operation of the vehicle.
• Added fluids, and kept interior and exterior spotless as part of vehicle upkeep.
• Maintained safe driving habits to protect property and general public on roadways.
• Recorded cargo information such as weight, size, type, for accurate billing purposes.
• Unloaded materials at job sites according to instructions provided by supervisors.
• Loaded dump truck with materials from site stockpile, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety regulations were followed.
• Hauled and delivered gravel, dirt, fill and boulders to and from construction sites.
• Accurately placed loads in optimal locations for spreading and distribution by bulldozers and material movers.
• Worked in tandem with loaders and gravel pit operators to fill trucks for deliveries.
• Safely and efficiently transported multiple types of Heavy Equipment to and from each jobsite via Pintle hook flat bed trailer (Backhoes, Rollers, Skidsteers, Trackhoes)
• Monitored load security during transit in addition to using tie downs and tarps when needed.

Duties as Excavation Operator/Laborer:

• Approach each new job as through the eyes of the Foreman/Customer
• Identify and locate above ground as well as underground utilities such as: power lines, telephone lines, fiber optic lines, irrigation systems, as well as water lines, sewage lines, and storm drain systems.
• Organized tools, supplies, and equipment needed for specific jobs according to instructions provided by supervisor.
• Operate various pieces of heavy equipment in a safe and proficient manner. (Dump Truck & Trailer, Backhoe, Skidsteer, Front Loader, Trackhoe, Roller, Excavator)
• Identify and repair the job-specific fix. i.e. repair/replace home waterline, repair/replace home sewer line, including making the appropriate city connections.
• Used picks and shovels to dig, spread and level dirt and gravel.
• Mixed, poured, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials.
• Met deadlines for completion of assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborated with coworkers to perform projects quickly and meet business goals.
• Inspected finished products to verify conformity to quality standards.
