I have been with Martin for over 12 years and lead for over 10 years. As lead at the load out and rail my daily tasks were scheduling shipments by rail and making sure our yard was stocked for local customers. I was incharge of maintaining belts, screens and hydraulic systems to minimize down time and to increase productivity. I had the duties of scheduling rail maintenance, belt repair and ordering parts or supplies. I transferred to the primary/pit almost 2 years ago. In the pit my duties are pit development, scheduling blast and improving production. In the primary my duties are monitoring crushers, belts and production. I schedule daily maintenance with our night shift crew and work with supervisor on scheduling large jobs.
