Goal-driven, compassionate, multi-lingual (Fluent in Punjabi language, familiar with Hindi, Urdu and Bengali) and team-working student who graduated with a BSN in Nursing. Has the ability to think on his feet and adapt to changes quickly and with a history of working in many different fields including hospitals. • Provided patients with basic needs like feeding, changing, and ambulation along with recording vitals/ intake/output.
• Implemented the nursing process to document progress notes.
• With every patient care a head-to-toe assessment was performed along with blood glucose checks.
• Learned how to perform wound care and wound assessments ranging from stage 1 pressure injuries to stage 4.
• Learned to administer medicine IM and Subcutaneous.
• Became familiar with the EPIC interface.
