Participated in a two-year rotational program across four IT teams, building broad technical experience in software development, security automation, and cloud infrastructure. Worked on high-impact projects that improved internal systems, reduced manual effort, and enhanced infrastructure resilience across the organization.

• Web Development: Built scalable web applications using Next.js integrated with Storyblok CMS, improving content flexibility and delivery. Collaborated within an Agile team and used Azure DevOps for version control and team-based development workflows.
• Process Automation: Delivered four RPA projects using Automation Anywhere and PowerShell, including automations for daily PECA processes, app monitoring bots, and vulnerability detection systems that significantly reduced manual work and improved response times.
• Security Infrastructure: Developed automated solutions to identify and track vulnerabilities across four security platforms, integrating with APIs and eliminating the need for manual scan reviews. Rebuilt internal health-check systems for the DLP environment, improving uptime monitoring and compliance alignment.
• Cloud & DevOps: Led disaster recovery efforts by deploying Kubernetes clusters in a secondary data center using Rancher, and managed cluster access (namespaces, nodes, jobs, role bindings) through GitLab pipelines.
• Infrastructure-as-Code: Built cloud environments in Azure and AWS using Terraform, including VPC architecture, load balancers, private endpoints, and web apps. Resolved complex DNS and connectivity issues while supporting secure application integration across hybrid environments.

• System Automation & Monitoring: Developed RPA bots to identify and analyze the root causes of server hang-ups across Genworth’s infrastructure, improving reliability and reducing downtime.
• Intelligent Document Processing: Led automation initiatives focused on ServiceNow integration, streamlining workflows and enhancing document management through intelligent processing tools.
• Incident Management Support: Contributed to incident response by building and maintaining repositories for incident reports and user stories, ensuring clear documentation and faster resolution timelines.
• Data Visualization & Reporting: Designed visual dashboards to track system performance and incident trends, enabling data-driven decisions and supporting continuous improvement across teams.

• Front-End Development: Completed a structural redesign of the Genworth style guide codebase using ReactJS, improving modularity and reusability across web components.

• Web Application Development: Supported development on the MyGenworth Consumer Web application using AngularJS, with a focus on analytics integration and data masking functionality.
