- I am responsible for delivering top tier lessons to the membership and their guests. The lessons I deliver vary in ability from beginner to advanced, ages ranging from 6 to 40+. The products these lessons are delivered in include, half and full day private lessons, half and full day group lessons, and seasonal programs. I also conduct staff training sessions. These sessions are typically 90 minutes in length with an assigned focus from the training manager.

- I was responsible for delivering a weekly all-day class to a group of mountain riders for the duration of the season. The goal of this program was to grow the skills of the group all over the mountain throughout the entirety of the season. When needed and assigned by the Ski and Ride School director I also administered staff training for AASI Level 2 candidates and assisted in teaching the weekly after school program.

- My primary responsibility as the learning area supervisor was overseeing the Monday through Friday school programs in the learning area. These responsibilities included forming groups, assigning coaches, checking attendance, and confirming progress reports were completed. These lessons went out at 10:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, for a 5-week period. When needed, I also taught lessons of varying ages and abilities as well as conducted staff training clinics as assigned by the snowboard manager.
