During my time working at State Farm, I shadowed a veteran agent Amin Antonie. It was my responsibility to interacted with customers by phone, and help with in-person customers as well. Most of the customers I dealt with had issues with their car and life insurance. I had to improve my communications skills, and help to build a trust between old and new customers. I also assisted in helping customers in paying off their insurance bills.
