Have held a spray technician position as a Yardner' of Route 13 since May of 2023. Have enjoyed working with fellow Employees/ managers and serving Fairway Green's Customers. Have only been at Fairway Green for 1 ¹/² years but am already one of the most hardest working and reputable customer service oriented tech within the tech crew.

In love with Fairway Green and would love more responsibilities especially with a position oriented around customer service.

Specialist for General Pest and Termite Control. Conducted integrated pest management services for

Residential & Commercial properties. Identified target pests, determined best methods according to maturity of

pest & time of year. Provided management plans and services for maintaining further breaches of pest

population thresholds. Applied product using multiple application methods in accordance to the Product Label.

Maintained company vehicles accordingly. Trained New Technicians. Managed other Technicians. Installed

Moisture Barriers in Crawl Spaces.

Maintain & Manage functionality of Stormwater Devices, Residential Ponds & Lakes by inspecting,

maintaining aesthetics, unclogging orifices, pest control, erosion control, fish/ plant/ bacteria stocking, aerating

water columns, trash clean up, and mowing. For pest control methods of treatment included mechanical

removal, the use of pesticides, and promoting biological control methods. Identifying beneficial plants and

health conditions they are in. Identifying non beneficial weeds to remove them or eradicate them from the

device. In accordance to individual product labeling; Applying herbicide, larvicide & piscicide to euthanize

invasive pests and to maintain acceptable thresholds. Mowed dry & wet stormwater control measure devices to

the appropriate heights. Mowed dams including all saplings

remediations to landscapes to correct & prevent Erosion. Growing & Prepping Plants for Delivering and

planting. Planting plants on the pond bottom, the embankment, or above the embankment in accordance with

the stormwater device diagram. Planting Plants using floating islands. Identifying invasive/ problematic

animals & insects & determining their impact on the environment. Holding/ growing fish until delivery & stock

in Residential & Stormwater Devices. Delivering, acclimating and stocking fish for aesthetics or to introduce a

predator to promote natural selection. Gathering fish using seine net for relocating beneficial species or

eradication of invasive species.
