  • Sanha Lean Gas Connection & Booster Compression Projects $1.0 BN
  • I was responsible for building and managing organizational capability and work processes within Supply Chain, Cost Engineering, and Project Services for Phase 4 of the Sanha Lean Gas Connection & Booster Compression Projects. I managed a team of Contract Advisors, Procurement Analysts, Cost Engineering, IM IT, Finance, and Administrative professionals. I handled all project-related external stakeholder engagements with partners and government entities.
  • I ensured effective project control measures were in place to achieve project completion within approved budgets and schedule milestones. I integrated cost control requirements into project contracting, procurement, and logistics strategies and plans. I informed the Project Manager of the cost and schedule status and forecasts to implement corrective actions. I liaised with the Project Manager to develop cost estimates, studies, and procedures. I ensured approvals for CCOs and budget transfers were consistent with MOC processes, DOAG, and Contract Execution Authority procedures.
  • I approved project controls procedures and all external project reports. I executed and administered Contract Change Orders and managed contracts by contractual requirements. I monitored and approved deliverables related to Milestone Completion Certificates and managed contract completion and close-out requirements. I oversaw EPS and ePCI procurement activities, including purchasing, expediting, surplus, and closeout activities. I oversaw contractor development of transportation plans addressing logistics requirements for company-supplied materials.
