I used to work for my uncle's dealership which is called Karim auto my uncle used to buy cars from Copart which are rebuilt cars that are Japanese my uncle used to fix the cars and I used to go and drive them and see how they are and see what's wrong with them
I used to take videos of the cars for the customers pointing out the key features of the car I feel like doing that it builds trust and excitement for the customer to come in and see the car and I make the customer feel comfortable by listening and answering every question and keeping the vibes positive and I always follow up with the customer
