Additional information

In October 2013 I sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury following a 4-story loss of gravitational security. I have striven not to be defined by this occurrence, graduating Magna Cum Laude from University of Houston then receiving my graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman's University - Houston campus. I was able to showcase my resilience by attempting and successfully passing my National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
