Hayden Nolen

My name is Hayden Nolen and I am currently employed at 3M in Guin, AL where I am currently a production operator. My daily duties include working with a team of fellow employees, calibrating certain parts of machinery, operating a certain section of a machine, and running multiple tests on products to ensure quality product. I work well with others to make sure we accomplish our goal in the safest way possible. I never claim to know everything about a job but there is nothing I can’t learn and nothing I’m not willing to learn. I’m eager to learn and know all I can about whatever task I may be doing and always look forward to the opportunity to be the best I can be for my employer.
