Hayden Wilkins

Through my educational career and volunteering for Oregon Ridge Nature Center, I have learned that communicating efficiently, an openness to learn from my team members, and possessing a general kindness in a working environment make a team come together. I take tasks given to me with a smile and with a determination to constantly improve my performance. When I first entered the nature center, I needed help knowing where any of the animals were, but in the short time I was there, I had learned each animal's names, feeding schedule, preferred foods, how to maintain their enclosures, how to restore a mossy bench, and even how to take the turtles on a walk. I am a quick and determined learner with an open mind and a willingness to put my all into any task I am given. Hardworking team player knowledgeable about dining operations and beverage services. Always willing to go above and beyond to serve guests quickly and exceed expectations.
