• Properly identify patient using two identifiers and collects specimens by venipuncture, heelstick, or fingerstick per established protocol.

To conclude job title and responsibilities, I am a technician that handles blood venipuncture to collect samples for doctor offices that were ordered. I handle all samples by centrifuging to be sent out. Along with collecting urine samples.

• Starting position in the stockroom.
• Prepped clothing with hard tags and alarm tags on clothing, put them on hangers with the appropriate clothing size.
• Rolled out hummers and z racks on the sales floor.
• In charge of the restroom code for customers.
• Moved up a position to cashier.
• Take off tags that are on clothing, scan and bag items.

• Starting position as a Courtesy Clerk.
• Bagged customers groceries, pushed shopping carts from the parking lot back into the store, swept the store, emptied trashed, cleaned checkstands.
• Promoted in September to the produce department as a GMC-Cut fruit position.
• Cut fruit and place them in trays and cut vegetables and place in bags to be sold.
• Clean the department before leaving such as washing dishes, disposing product waste to compost, cleaning the scales, cutting boards and counters, washing fruit for the following day and sweeping and washing the floor including sanitizing the floor.
• Making grocery orders such as supplies as well for what we need for the week.

• Collected patient(s) charts and made calls to patients for the following day for their appointments.
• Did patients Vital signs and glucose if the patient was diabetic.

• In charge of check in’s and out’s. By checking in and out students, I would make sure to write down the time student(s) have walked in and the time they walked out.
• Responsible for making passes for those student(s) to head back to class.
• Assisting with student(s) after donating their blood to make sure no complications.
