Radon Mitigation Specialist (Full Time) - November 2021 - October 2022

• Installing radon mitigation systems in existing homes.
• Installing radon mitigation system during new construction.
• Performed quality checks with large builder on completed new construction systems.
• Duties included driving company truck and pulling trailer.
• Ability to understand mitigation bids; including drawings, system location, piping routes, etc.
• Picked up other traits, patching drywall, tapping into current power sources to power radon fan that runs 24/7.
• Build system with high quality, with aesthetically pleasing systems in and outside homes.
• Completed 1 week radon mitigation course and passed national exam to be a NRPP licenses mitigator.
• Ability to communicate with customers effectively (home owners, real estate agents, brokers, new construction supervisors, etc.).

Radon Monitor Driver (Part Time) June - November 2021

• Drove company vehicle to pick up and set Continuous Radon Monitors (CRMs) before and after installing mitigation systems.
• Helped with office duties; mitigation paperwork, reading CRM monitors and saving reports to be sent to customers, etc.
• Ran errands for Office Manager and Operations Manager (pick up supplies, inventory, etc.)
