- Employed for MEI and have been procuring clients for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) in California since April 2023. Completed nearly twenty Phase I ESAs, secured repeat client, and currently working on a limited soil sampling investigation.
- Performed limited radon mitigation work and consulting for home owners installing their own radon mitigation systems (in California). Installed over one hundred radon mitigation systems in Minnesota and performed pre-mitigation and post-mitigation testing. Followed Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines for system design, construction and quality control / safety. Familiar with multiple radon technologies, including, sub-slab and drain-tile depressurization; and both block-wall and sub-membrane (crawlspace) depressurization methods.
- Performed over one hundred standard residential home inspections in accordance with International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
