Strategic Planning/Portfolio and Program Management:

• Took responsibility of portfolio management as lead of program and alliance management department.
• Planned appropriate scenarios for key future steps in clinical development plans including designing a factorial plan as required by FDA.
• Led senior leadership through planning for a phase 3 clinical trial including resourcing, budget and timelines.
• Responsible for three separate projects including a pivotal phase 2 clinical stage asset, second generation asset through IND and FIH, CAN selection and IND enabling activities for distinct indication.
• Developed, implemented and co-led governance program. This ensured decision making was consistent amongst programs as brought forward by the program core team. Resulted in increased transparency, more consistent goal setting and acceleration of portfolio.

Alliance Management:

• Alliance management with Astellas. Key partner in driving alignment on key milestones, budget, and tactical decisions. Resulted in potential timeline saving of 6 months

• Implemented financial reporting to increase efficiency and staff ownership.
• Acted as Pipeline Project Manager for Takeda Oncology Global Medical Affairs.
• Established and maintained multiple SharePoint team sites
• Facilitated team and global meetings.
• Coordinated Strategic Advisory Board meetings, developed and tracked budgets, acted as facilitator for strategic and logistic planning of pipeline programs.

• Drove early development project through pre-IND activities.
