  • Industrial Ergonomic Evaluator: provide guidance or suggestions on how the site can reduce ergonomic risks, reduce the number and severity of work-related musculoskeletal injuries. I can also work directly with employees to educate on techniques to lessen muscle fatigue.
  • Office Ergonomic Certified: Conduct ergonomic assessments for corporate employees. Assess, evaluate, realign their workspace to better suite the employees needs and body.
  • -Personal Training; perform detailed assessments which include body circumferences, BMI, fat percent, cardio step test, muscular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility. Based on the assessment I structure workouts to the member’s needs.
  • -Group Exercise Instructor; Create, modify, and execute effective group exercise classes that are safe for all members attending.
