Heart failure PCU

• Initiating , titrating, and optimizing evidence based medications as well as educating patients on their drug regimen and potential side effects. Titrating medications including Cardizem, Nitroglycerin,Loop diuretics, Heparin, Milrinone
• Daily working with fluid overload patients and CHF exacerbation. Diuresis patients while carefully monitoring vital signs
• Prepare for CABG surgeries and heart catheterization procedure
• Using telemetry monitoring to evaluate and interpret patient condition. Performing EKG testing as needed.

• Orthopedic surgery care , including optimizing function after surgery and preparing for spinal, hip, elbow, shoulder,and knee surgery.
• PCA pump, heparin drip, pain management care plan
• Initiating optimal rehabilitation in hospital to prepare patient for rehabilitating
