Employee of the Quarter for cost savings and on time delivery

Successfully pushed production to insert an unscheduled  compensation campaign for a product that was going to be almost 100% waste and was able to fix and utilize the entire campaign resulting in 100% utilization and on time customer delivery.  My close involvement with WIP inventory quality status, production steering, and supply chain communication resulted in a 10% annual increase in first time right improvement, the key performance indicator used to judge quality, waste and on time delivery.  Our site moved from an annual FTR of 84% to 96% in a ten year period under my guidance and leadership.
