Oversees all daily operations to ensure effective and efficient operations of WWBIC's Southeastern Wisconsin region. This includes the following:

• Supervise the Southeast team members (6 people), including quarterly SMART goal setting and performance reviews.
• Responsible for maintaining and increasing funding opportunities to help support the Southeast Region's continued growth and overall impact to clients.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, government officials, industry partners, and clients, promoting goodwill towards and support of the the organization.
• Deliver presentations and attend industry conferences to maintain and increase development opportunities for WWBIC, to build awareness of WWBIC and the organizations resources, to promote the company image and brand, and to increase the reach to entrepreneurs.
• Oversee and successfully exceed all deliverables for the region including federal, state, and local goals and metrics set by funders.

Limited Term Position added to support the organization on a statewide level during the pandemic. The Senior Project Director responsibilities were in addition to the Southeast Regional Director role. The Senior position included the following additional responsibilities:

• Hiring, onboarding, training, and supporting four Regional Directors throughout the state.
• Coordination and statewide expansion of WWBIC's business education, small business support, and financial awareness programs in order to meet and exceed program deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Cultivated and maintained strategic relationships on a statewide level that aligned with WWBIC's mission.
• Collaborated with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, catalogs, and the expansion of social media reach.

Opened the Southeast Region and was responsible for a two county area. This position was responsible for the following:

• One part-time direct report.
• Coordinating and growing the business education, financial awareness, and lending activities in Racine and Kenosha to meet or exceed funder requirements
• Activities included workshop facilitation, neighborhood-business to business outreach, one-on-one technical assistance to clients, planning logistics, volunteer activities, program creation/management/evaluation, and reporting requirements.

• Worked with board of business leaders from the Kenosha County area, including planning board meetings, board development, planning budgets, developing a strategic plan, and organizing fundraising events.
• Maintained and successfully increased sales of programs to reach goals developed by the State Director of Operations and Board of Directors.
• Responsible for developing and increasing fund development through event planning, grant proposals, nd corporate and private giving campaigns.

Developed a four state region by growing sales to both foodservice and medical distributors and brokers. Managed all aspects of these organizations as it pertained to the Marcal product line, including setting budgets and sales goals, training sales staff, building strong relations, giving sales presentations, and developing promotions to drive sales.

• Developed and managed territory of $4,800,000.
