Oversees all daily operations to ensure effective and efficient operations of WWBIC's Southeastern Wisconsin region. This includes the following:

  • Supervise the Southeast team members (6 people), including quarterly SMART goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Responsible for maintaining and increasing funding opportunities to help support the Southeast Region's continued growth and overall impact to clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, government officials, industry partners, and clients, promoting goodwill towards and support of the the organization.
  • Deliver presentations and attend industry conferences to maintain and increase development opportunities for WWBIC, to build awareness of WWBIC and the organizations resources, to promote the company image and brand, and to increase the reach to entrepreneurs.
  • Oversee and successfully exceed all deliverables for the region including federal, state, and local goals and metrics set by funders.

  • Collaborated with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns, catalogs, and the expansion of social media reach.
