• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Perform and inspect engineering modifications on new and updated drawings/products
• Perform builds for conformity working side by side with the design and conformity agents.
• When I'm not doing inspections, engineering modifications or conformities I work on various builds and repairs. Lead and lead free solder, cable builds, top level builds etc working off of drawings and using the Collin's look up tools.

• Work closely with Engineers, trouble shooting, repairing units with a great attention to detail.
• Work off of engineering drawings while using the current Collins look up tools.
• Developed detailed plans based on broad guidance and direction.
• Worked as a team with one other inspector (Inspecting one another's work)

As a new hire I did board build and soldering.

• Operated machining equipment safely with team of operators.
• Inspected finished products for quality.
• Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality.
• Tested products or subassemblies for functionality or quality and troubleshot problems with equipment.
• In this position i was fork truck certified, crane certified, and lock out tag out certified.
