My 20 years in the medical field have taught me that one of my primary jobs is to anticipate the patient's needs and help them understand what I am doing and why I am doing it. Making sure they are comfortable and at ease as much as possible before they go through a stressful procedure is one of my greatest strengths. This skill can be applied to any job and in everyday life situations. It will help me in prioritizing, anticipating problems, and helping me to do the best job that I can do. Giving great patient care is the same as customer care. Everyone can be a "customer"; so my day starts with seeing how I can help my employees get through their day a little easier. I do this by making rounds several times a day to see if I can help in any way or if they are needing anything.
I am a very fast learner, and I work well with a group or by myself. I'm a person who likes to have fun while working, but works hard at the same time. I try to lead by example. I am not afraid to work, and if I am able to help, then I will jump in.
