- Member retention: Scheduling, managing contracts, invoicing and billing, member concerns, employee schedules.
-Sales: 50+ calls per day to interested potential clients, with intent to book first visit. Sales pitch on what we offer, membership terms, and getting them signed up for an on-going membership.
-Marketing and Social Media: Soley responsible for photographing new employees, employees working with clients, client achievements, and merchandise. Using images to craft reels and social media posts. Managing the social media calendar, and keeping up with posting all of our pop ups and networking marketing.
-Insurance and gympass: managing clients' who pay with insurance and employee benefit systems.
