  • Major Outcomes include a tele-health system for a local medical system that serves as the HUB for rural healthcare, historic preservation funding for a historically recognized building, an all-accessible playground in a low-income neighborhood, simulation equipment for a nursing program primarily serving rural, low-income students, development of a multi-use park in a low-income, rural town, and a major affordable housing revitalization project.

  • Own and Oversee asset management, budget and fiscal management, reporting, contracts, capital improvements, development, outcome evaluation & performance improvement, and marketing for real-estate investment firm (Innovative Investments, LLC) and 4 start-ups - Intersect311 (boutique hotel); Glass Factory (event venue); Urban Organics (coffee shop); and Huntington Square (outdoor food truck park & event venue) - all located in a 5-acre, place-based development in downtown Jonesboro, AR.
  • Co-designed business concepts, secured financing, and directed the renovations of 40+ single family homes and multi-family apartments, 1 office/co-work space and 1 event venue, new construction of 11 townhomes and one 10,000 square foot mixed-use commercial building holding 1 boutique hotel & one coffee shop, and the development of a 1-acre food truck park that offers diverse food options, two outdoor stages, play areas for kids, and pop-up retail.
  • Co-designed and developed the brand and business model for six start-ups; wrote operational policies and procedures; procured and established protocols for all technical management systems; established reporting; hired and trained all employees & contract staff.

  • Received $20+ million in private, local, state, and federal funding leveraged with city funds and private investments for more than $40 million in community improvements.
  • Major outcomes include an overpass at an extremely unsafe intersection of two major railroads and two highways; a multi-modal central transfer station; a 3.2 mile multi-use trail around Craighead Lake with outdoor work out stations; and Miracle League Park.

  • Proposed, am developing, and will incubate [with community partners] in Fall 2023 an Entrepreneurship Academy for juniors and seniors at two local high schools.
  • Serve on the Foundation Board for Jonesboro Public Schools and chair the brick sales sub-committee; Serve on the Jonesboro High School Advisory Board for curriculum development to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real-world application; and serve as an advisor on the St. Bernards Healthcare Ethics Committee.
