Summary

I have been a Registered Nurse for twelve years. I have worked on a medical surgical unit, intensive care and coronary care. I am also cross trained to work in our level three emergency department. I am proficient in patient assessments, critical thinking pertaining to the individualized patient needs and care, intravenous infusions: including but not limited to; vasopressors, anti arrhythmic medications and blood product transfusions. Aside from nursing skills pertaining to my job as a registered nurse, I am a very compassionate caregiver. There is one reason an individual should want to be a nurse and that is the help, care and support you provide people at their most vulnerable.
