And my boys are all elderly and sweet as can be! Drawing is a way to express my inner self as well as the career path I have chosen. I've always drawn on my friends and painted and played with many other mediums. It's important to keep our inner child happy and fulfilled! Meditation and swimming are a way to connect better with self. A dip in the cold mountain rivers and a few minutes sitting on a rock in the sunshine can do wonders for the Soul.
