Position Summary: Supervises all production activities and personnel in assigned area ensuring that field activities are performed in a safe manner and production is maintained at maximum levels. Essential Duties:

• Directs and provides oversight of field personnel.

• Serves as chief liaison between Operations and Production Management team and Field

• Reviews production activity daily to identify problem areas.

• Identifies and recommends areas of improvement to control lease operating.

• Identifies and recommends production enhancing opportunities.

• Works with production personnel and engineers to reduce downhole equipment failures and facility costs.

• Oversees and coordinates the environmental responses and reporting of incidents to governmental agencies.

• Monitors field activity to ensure that all safety guidelines and practices are followed.

• Presents a professional and positive image to landowners and regulatory agencies

• Oversaw daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Trained new employees on operational procedures and equipment usage for enhanced efficiency.
• Monitored production metrics, identifying trends to optimize output and reduce downtime.
