Assited in creating project plans for real estate rehab projects using established timelines, budgets and assigned appropriate teams and managed workflow throughout construction. Assisted construction workers, electricians, plumbers and designers in delivering their supplies and materials while having the oppurtunity to learn a bit of their craft. Delivered project plans and followed up with city works dept. Resolved labor, design, and tool issues during construction process, Handeled customers effectiveley by identifying needs, quickly gaining trust in order to resolve issues and maximize effeciency. Coordinated phases of constructon projects from inception to compleition.

Greeted customers daily and provided product information. Conducted test drives for prospective buyers while asking the right follow-up questions to specify their needs and concerns. Developing word tracks daily, while maintaining composure and confidence, when closing deals. Vigintally stayed detail-oriented, missing no steps during the walkaround, test drive, negotiation, and delivery for the customer.

I used the AI-integrated CRM system 'DriveCentric' to develop relationships and follow up with potential buyers, making 25+ daily calls (limited access) and emails when needed. My first official month was October 1st, and I sold 8 vehicles by the 20th. Used Social Media as well to further develop relationships with potential buyers and build my pipeline of loyal customers. Started as a Detailer and became leader of the area within 2 weeks. 4 months later I was moved up to production. My job there was to work with all of the techs, estimators, and detailers to ensure all the cars were going out at their designated times, and that the overall flow in the workplace was where it needed to be. Soon after I started assisting in parts with processing, returning, or handing out parts to all of the techs. I was wherever they needed me.

Served as a lead for a group of election clerks at various Riverside County voting locations. Prepared and assembled voting equipment. Assisted with inspection, deliveries and arrangement of polling places. Answered & assisted with election-related inquiries from the general public. This was a temporary assignment through the Riverside TAP Program.

- Began as a Picker (picking items from pods and sending them down in totes to the packing department)

- Tote Runner and Water Spider. (Both positions required you to constantly keep the pickers and stowers stations filled with totes.)

-Tote captain. (Was in charge of identifying which spots on the entire floor were in need of totes and sent coworkers to fill those areas up using the tote elevator and pallet jacks.)

• Within 2 1/2 months of working there, I became an AFM (Amnesty Floor Maintenance).My job there was to keep the amnesty floor working smoothly and assist pickers & stowers with anything they needed.

- I would either have to pick up fallen items from the pods inside the floor or adjust/ pick up pods and KIVA robots that fell out of alignment. When the floor was clean, I was busy assisting pickers with problems at their stations or with robots.

Loaded and unloaded trucks with daily shipments or returns. I would aslo organize returned or damaged items to their specified pallets and wrap them up to later load them onto a truck.
