• Conducted in-depth analysis of loans purchased from other mortgage companies to confirm which company missed certain deadlines for paying charges, taxes, etc. Loans purchased by Lakeview often times were loaded onto the system with taxes not paid that were due prior to the sale to Lakeview and in essence were the responsibility of the seller. Created claims back to the seller in order to be reimbursed what Lakeview had to pay out.

Filed claims to recover monies owed to the company that were charged wrongly. Conducted audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Designed ladies and children's clothing and ran a company with over 25 employees. Sold clothing at shows in New York City and around the country through various showrooms and reps. Sourced the fabrics in NYC and elsewhere and scheduled manufacturing of clothing and sweaters.

Worked for Mr. Deasey, one of the senior partners of the law firm as his private secretary. Created Wills and many other legal documents. Had documents filed with the courts as needed. Organized files for court proceedings. Answered and directed calls and kept his appointment calendar.
