Im very outgoing and always putting my 100% to anything that has to do with me. Im not a college graduate yet, but hopefully soon that degree im working hard on too helps me. Working 5 years already help me see how its to work hard and earn a living. being in the warehouse industry has help me a lot in that and as well in the landscaper business. these are type of work place not meant ot be forever for a young person like me striving for greatness still in his school journey.

  • Trained Newly Hired employees on first day to help how the job is done at the workplace. Had to be with them a whole day (8hour shift) to make sure I go over everything that's need to know to work properly inside the warehouse.
  • As a trainer i been thru a lot of trainings. Always started by doing classroom sessions talking verbally what the training is about and how your going to preform it out on the floor.
  • As a Trainer I also gave heavy machine training such as: Cherry picker, Reach forklift, Stand up Forklift, Electrical Pallet Jack, and stock chaser.
  • Reduced workplace injuries through thorough safety training and regular reinforcement of best practices.
  • As a Trainer to as well, I am assigned a group of people who are under 3 months with the company and i would have to at least check up on the workers 3 times a week to make sure they are doing job right, making sure company policies are being followed and making sure they are meeting company number expectations
