As a Technician my responsibilities are to operate two machines on the box line and maintain my work area. As a Lead, I manage a group of ten to thirteen individuals on the production floor. Our responsibilities as a team are to provide quality and fresh product to send to consumers also while keeping a safe and clean work area.

• Assembled components using hand tools and power tools to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Interpreted blueprints and schematics to accurately assemble various products according to specifications.
• Conducted quality inspections on finished products, identifying and rectifying defects before packaging.
• Collaborated with team members to streamline assembly processes, enhancing overall efficiency in production line.
