Provided a Roadmap for engineers to capture the requirements analysis , score/checklist, validation reference, and confirm correct technical knowledge usage throughout the PD Development Process which will improve “design right first time” capability globally across Engineering Product Development which led cost saving $720K per year, Warranty saving $100K per instance and recall savings $500K per instance.

• In my role , I collaborated with all the stakeholders such as Business owners, product managers, engineers, and IT teams to define project objectives and criteria.
• Conducted 3 workshops per quarter with key business users to collect information on business processes and user requirements to understand their legacy system and process flows.
• Analyzed key aspects of business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized into presentations.
• Supported leadership team with reporting, analysis, and business presentations to inform divisional strategies.
• Performed gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.
• Implemented automation solutions resulting in a 100% increase in operational efficiency.
• Identified Figma tool for icon designing to eliminate the monthly cost involved in legacy designing tool.
• As a cost optimizing initiative, identified the selenium framework for automation testing which resulted into a cost reduction of manual testing by 50%.

HADR project which provides Business Continuity by deploying High Availability & Disaster Recovery environment for Stellantis globally to avoid any downtime and productivity loss. Estimated daily productivity loss for 6,400 NAFTA users is $3.2M. This was a big project as we were migrating and building total 171 servers. We had completed this project in 5 phases.

• In this project, my responsibility was to conduct weekly workshops with business owners, IT infrastructure team, oracle team and Siemens Team, creation of requirement documents and identified all 5 phases on high level that serve as a reference for both business and technical teams.
• I was responsible to manage complete project plan and milestones of HA and DR.
• Worked with business stakeholders to define acceptable downtime (Recovery Time Objective - RTO) and data loss (Recovery Point Objective - RPO).
• Created technical specification document to show technical architecture and solution, Hardware Implementation and configurations.
• Throughout the project, I was responsible to manage open items, issues, and project risks.
• Participated in the validation and verification of HADR configurations and functionality.
• Documented lessons learned and areas for improvement for future HADR initiatives or migrations.
• Led the AIX to LINUX migration project which involved the conversion of over 600 automation scripts.

Led development projects where my responsibility was to collaborate closely with technology, onsite team and business owners to align on the scope of incoming tasks, gather business requirements, propose solutions and work closely with developers to make sure development is aligned with the business objectives.

• Deactivated users who haven't utilized the application in the last 30 days, resulting in cost savings on licenses for the customer.
• Streamlined the Geometry simplification process to reduce manual efforts by 70%, leading to increased productivity and security. This saves $200K yearly for client and we won first prize in Tata inovista program for our innovative solution and made Tata proud and gain more Business.
• Servers Health check automation which removed the manual efforts involved in monitoring and saved time and human effort– 975 hours saved annually. Eliminated human error by 100%, email notifications of a report to display hourly health reports to everyone (Business IT Team, IT Support Team, Admins)
• Identified patterns and trends in large data sets and provided actionable insights.
• Generated standard and custom reports to provide insights into business performance.
