HADR project which provides Business Continuity by deploying High Availability & Disaster Recovery environment for Stellantis globally to avoid any downtime and productivity loss. Estimated daily productivity loss for 6,400 NAFTA users is $3.2M. This was a big project as we were migrating and building total 171 servers. We had completed this project in 5 phases.

  • In this project, my responsibility was to conduct weekly workshops with business owners, IT infrastructure team, oracle team and Siemens Team, creation of requirement documents and identified all 5 phases on high level that serve as a reference for both business and technical teams.
  • I was responsible to manage complete project plan and milestones of HA and DR.
  • Worked with business stakeholders to define acceptable downtime (Recovery Time Objective - RTO) and data loss (Recovery Point Objective - RPO).
  • Created technical specification document to show technical architecture and solution, Hardware Implementation and configurations.
  • Throughout the project, I was responsible to manage open items, issues, and project risks.
  • Participated in the validation and verification of HADR configurations and functionality.
  • Documented lessons learned and areas for improvement for future HADR initiatives or migrations.
  • Led the AIX to LINUX migration project which involved the conversion of over 600 automation scripts.
