  • Conduct supplier assessments and evaluate supplier in respect of manufacturing, quality, response & other terms to meet the company expectations for future business.

  • Assist supplier in developing their part / process to meet Quality requirements by conducting the APQP reviews in the process of development.
  • Understand the manufacturing process, quality system & assembly line requirement of organization to make the optimum use of resources.
  • Reviewing various APQP documents with supplier & taking the concurrences from stake holders.
  • Conducting the PPAP & approving various documents like PFMEA, SPC, and MSA at the appropriate intervals & upload it on the site.
  • Conduct supplier audits & evaluations to verify the suppliers process are documented and in control.
  • Sharing supplier audit results to stake holders, upload the reports on site & ensure the closure of non-conformance by re audits, management focus etc.
  • Investigate product quality problems, determine root cause, gather & analyze the data & implement corrective action to reduce or eliminate non-value waste resulting from non-conformance, scrap or reclaim.
