• I have been teaching art for over 18 years. I've taught 8th grade through AP Studio Art where I maintained a 90% passing rate with a minimum budget.
• I was a finalist for the Teacher of the Year award.
• I help start the MEND program at Antioch High school. We immediately saw results from our male population who was in this mentorship program. This program is now on the verge of becoming a national program where it will affect thousands of students.

• I have coached football all of the years I have taught(17 years). I love being able to teach young men core values that will translate into their livelihood when they entered adulthood.
• I am member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc.
• I am a current board member of Rocketship Academy Charter. I serve on the Achievement Committee.
