• Vendors worked with such as Daymarc, Sym-Tek, Delta, Multitest, Rasco, MCT, SPEA, Seiko Epson and Tanaka
• Trained offshore Equipment Engineers on maintenance and equipment overall OEE improvements
• Respond to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues either on ATE testers or handlers.
