Responsibilities include implementing IEPs and 504s. Modifying assignments and providing support for students with disabilities and special needs. Working with students to help meet their academic and social needs. Helping monitor classes for behavioral issues and working with students with behavioral issues. Working with students in small groups, or one to one. Encouraging students to stay positive and have positive peer interactions. Following a schedule. Helping teachers with a variety of things, i.e. printing, copying, and classroom management. Attending students' physical and personal needs. Logging information about students to track their progress. Managed administrative tasks such as printing, email correspondence, and filing.
