At Sadler Brothers Trucking, I gained a strong work ethic and discipline by learning how to effectively manage equipment setup, storage organization, and team collaboration, which boosted overall productivity. This experience instilled in me the importance of hard work and the value of working together to achieve goals. Coaching at my former high school taught me essential communication skills, as well as how to motivate and uplift team members to create a positive and cohesive environment.

As a college lacrosse player and recruitment chair for my fraternity at Centre College, I’ve developed my leadership abilities, balancing the demands of academics with extracurricular responsibilities. These roles have helped me grow as a leader, strengthening my ability to work within a team and build meaningful connections. Altogether, these experiences have shaped my commitment to teamwork, leadership, and maintaining discipline in every aspect of my life.
