My name is Henry and I am now 18 years old. I have two not only wonderful and loving parents, but ones with a solid work ethic. As their son, I embody their work ethic and cultural identity and heritage.

I am Haitian and as a traditional Haitian, we are typically resilient and intelligent. As I have witnessed my resilience and intelligence on opposite fronts of the family, I can both only emulate and utilize the lessons they have taught me growing up.

As additional family members go, I have a beautiful and tough as nails grandmother and an adorable yet nuisance of a German Shepherd named Trooper.

I, as a potential employee, possess certain attributes and traits that people will deem pleasant. E.g. Communication and people skills, politeness, activity and mobility, and a great smile.

In my sophomore year, I attended Chaminade High School, and took up the hobby of digital drawing on my iPad in my free time. A teacher by name of Mr.Colin Hickey recruited me to draw versions of different insignias for his motion picture that he was directing. The name is "Toorot". My different drawings were heavily inspired by various albums that I had fun listening to in my childhood. (E.g. "Divide" by Ed Sheeran and "Graduation" by Kanye West). 

My cinematic editing experiences stemmed from watching various movies and shows and wondering what it took behind the scenes to make the on-screen magic happen. So, I took it upon myself to make my own videos and edit them. It took a bunch of trial and error and I am still in the process of perfecting my videographic creations. 

Writing and stories have always been interesting to me. I had always dreamed of writing a story that people would praise and eventually consider a piece of critically acclaimed literature a few decades down the road. While that is a dream, it could still very much happen.
