As Captain I supervised an Outpatient intake center for inmates from all State and County correctional facilities at the Lemuel Shattuck Hospital.

• Led a staff of fifteen propriety officers and monitored multiple transient officers from various law enforcement agencies and private contractors.
• Worked with Hospital Department Heads to ensure client needs were being met and DOC protocols were being taken into consideration and issues were resolved in a timely manner.
• Met on a weekly basis with infectious disease specialists to discuss Covid-19 control measures and initiatives.
• Earned promotions to Sergeant,Lieutenant and Captain while working at various medium level facilities.

• Served as a diplomat to an eclectic cliental of local patrons
• Organized bar inventory and storage procedures to keep stock within optimal levels and meet expected customer demands.

• Developed drink menu with creative cocktails, contemporary wines and craft beers.
• Enhanced craft beer selection by developing relationships with salespeople and company representatives.
• Was responsible for deciding what craft beers and wine were served at the restaurant.

• Directed security services and guest service functions to align key processes with goals and objectives of organization and regulatory compliance.
• Coached the Front Services Staff to accept a different culture with regards to Guest Services. This resulted through a team effort in the hotel earning its first Four Diamond award which greatly enhanced the marketability and profitability of the Hotel.
• Served as permanent Manager On Duty while on shift. Had the authority to correct any deficient Guest experience , to include providing remuneration or comp services. Reported directly to the Hotel General Manager and could override department heads on guest service issues.

• Oversaw safety of guests, employees and and assets by enforcing and regulating security policies and procedures and monitoring and maintaining security systems.
• Developed and grew staff competencies through team development, implementation and support of specific training for various responsibilities.
