• All duties relating to the identification of daily production challenges, including finding solutions to prevent recurrences and allow production staff to meet all deadlines. I serve as a liaison between associates and management, while supporting associates during production and warehouse changes. I process domestic and international orders, while supervising the shipping of orders via FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. I also have experience in loading and unloading trucks, replenishing inventories, and warehouse selector.

• All duties related to proper handling of gourmet foods, loading and unloading trucks, via forklift. Operating various machines throughout the warehouse for production and shipping, including labeling products for consumer purchases. Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of production related items, and accurate count of items to be sent to retail locations.
