I conducted the daily operation of a business by delegating and guiding the overall business strategy. My duties varied to include managing staff, overseeing strategic goals, and setting goals based on the company plans. I managed budgets and ensured performance goals were met. I enforced company policy by reviewing and implementing operational procedures and getting the necessary feedback from the team. I carried out financial analysis and bank consolidation and made the necessary adjustments to meet the company plan. Actions that also involved delegating to lower levels of management and peers to meet organizational goals.
